These terms apply to the FullStacked app and runtime, distributed by Les Services FullStacked on the App Store, Google Play, the Microsoft Store, for Linux and on npm.
License
FullStacked is open-source software released under the MIT License. The source code and the full license are at github.com/fullstackedorg/fullstacked. You can use, copy, modify and distribute it under that license. When you download the app from a store, that store's standard terms also apply (for Apple, the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement).
Your projects
FullStacked runs the projects you choose: code you write, repositories you clone, packages you install and scripts you run from a URL. You are responsible for what you run and for checking the source of third-party code. Only run scripts from sources you trust.
Privacy
The app collects no personal information. See our privacy policy.
No warranty
As the MIT License states, the software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Les Services FullStacked is not liable for damages resulting from its use. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under laws that cannot be waived.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and of Canada applicable there.
